Hi, I’m Edward DeJesus the Social Capital Success Coach. For the past 35 years, I have worked with thousands of young people helping them achieve workforce and career success.
It’s sad how many schools overlook the importance of social capital literacy. This is especially troubling when the majority of jobs (70-80%) are in the hidden labor market. They go to those with the right strong-tie connections. The truth is your child can't apply for jobs that they don't know exist. They can't dream of careers that they can't even see.
